Our 12th grade student Ali Kaan Doğan will study economics and computer science at Dartmouth College, where he received an early acceptance and a full scholarship!

Ali Kaan, who is the president of the UAA Debate Club as well as the president of the Istanbul High School Debate Association, which unites more than 60 clubs, will continue his education at Dartmouth College as a result of his determination and dedication both academically and socially with his involvement in a variety of social serviceprojects and studies.

Ali Kaan, who aims to study economics and computer science at Dartmouth College, says the following about his goals:

 "The fact that I took economics as an IB student in high school, debating, and wanting to combine social sciences and mathematics have a big influence on this. Development economics is a field that interests me; I believe that this field can be improved with data science and artificial intelligence. After graduation, I want to develop financial technologies that can be used in developing countries."
