SOCIAL SCIENCES – INTRODUCTION TO BEHAVIORAL SCIENCE – Grade 12 Elective (4-hour)
This course aims to help students to develop and understanding of daily events and facts through observation and collecting systematic information. It will involve two main fields of social sciences the theory of human development, and the impact of the environment on social behavior. All of these topics are taught using scientific methods. The curriculum of this course is supported by documentaries, experimental studies, films and discussions. During the developmental psychology unit, students make observe kindergarten students. It is also aims to work on surveys during the social psychology unit.
