PREP

Periods per week: 4

Students are taught French at a beginners' level. The aim is to teach students the basic grammar and vocabulary of their second foreign language after English; to enable them to understand and use simple sentences and to develop their speaking and writing skills.

By the end of the year students will have covered the past, present and future tenses, they will be able to express themselves and will be ready to sit the Diploma in French Studies (DELF) at level A1-A2.

PREP (Advanced Level)

Periods per week: 4

In this program students begin at a higher level than the beginners’ level. The aim is to develop their existing French knowledge and to improve their reading, understanding, listening and speaking skills.

By the end of the year students will have covered the past, present and future tenses, they will be able to express themselves and will be ready to sit the Diploma in French Studies (DELF) at level A2-B1.
